CarHealth360 uses account identity and contact details, household memberships, vehicle assignments, vehicle details including VIN and mileage, maintenance and inspection records, invitations and security activity to provide your garage and control access. Photos or recordings may be associated with a repair when you choose to provide them.

Sign-in persistence depends on your trusted-device choice. Garage data and private repair cases may also be saved on your device. Clearing website data or removing the app can remove local-only records. A cloud deletion cannot remotely erase an offline device or copies another person has already saved.

Supabase provides authentication and cloud data services. Expo hosts the web app. A VIN lookup sends the VIN to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vehicle decoder. Shared vehicle records are available to people given access to that vehicle. Inviting or transferring a vehicle shares information with the chosen recipient.

You can manage vehicle access from Account and choose whether this device remembers your sign-in. Camera and microphone permissions can be changed in device settings. You can contact the operator about access, correction or deletion of your personal data.

Request deletion from Account → Delete account, or from the deletion page in a web browser. Shared garage ownership must be transferred before deleting an owner account so remaining members keep the shared vehicles and history. Private account data is handled separately. The operator must explain any data retained, why it is retained and for how long.
